Once again, founding members of double barrel productions, Morgan Lloyd Malcolm and Susan Luciani have come together in collaboration, this time as part of the creative team behind a modern re-working of Ovid’s Metamorphoses.

Staged as event theatre of epic proportions, this play will bring audiences the creation of the world, battles of the gods, our greatest tragedies and the most enduring love stories. All this will be realised in a unique collaboration of young talent including in all ten writers, three composers, a film maker, two DJs and a rock band respond to some of the most compelling myths and legends of all time.

Ovid was the original rebel of the literary establishment, and his work and words continue to reverberate politically, socially and personally. These are stories of the past; in the present; and for the future.
